NO LATE SEATING

We strive to always keep our word, in such cases as maintaining consistent business hours, not cancelling performances, and starting every play on time, every time.

While we do not offer refunds, if you arrive after curtain, you can exchange your ticket(s) for another performance of the same play, or enter at intermission. If it’s the last performance of a play, leave your contact information and we’ll see what we can do.

We know that various circumstances like parking can steal precious minutes. But please know that this policy is our commitment to providing everyone with consistent and excellent customer service.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

Hattiloo Theatre generally follows decisions made by Shelby County Schools in determining whether to cancel a performance due to inclement weather. When SCS cancels classes, we typically cancel a performance. Ticket holders for cancelled Saturday and/or Sunday performances will be notified by email or phone call as soon as a decision is made.

ARRIVAL CONSIDERATIONS

Doors open one hour before curtain.
Subscribers will be seated forty minutes before curtain.
General ticket-holders will be seated thirty minutes before curtain.
No video or recording of the performance.
Please do not text during the performance.
Out of respect for our performers and our patrons, we do not allow late seating.

DRESS CODE

We ask our patrons to wear business casual attire for Hattiloo performances.
